摘要
根据建设高产高效矿井要求,斜沟煤矿结合自身条件,通过采取优化采掘布局、运输系统、施工工艺和劳动组织等一系列综合管理措施,加快了巷道掘进速度,缩短了矿井基建周期。2010年1—8月,该矿完成掘进进尺37 610 m,单头进尺510 m/月(最高单头进尺超过834 m/月),较好地实现了矿井的快速掘进。
According to the requirements of constructing high-yield and efficient mine, according to their own conditions, a series combi- nation of a comprehensive labor management measures were carried out in Xiegou Coal Mine,including optimizing the layout of mining, transportation systems, construction techniques and labor organization. The application of these methods increased the drivage speed, and shortened the cycle time of the capital construction. From January to August in 2010 ,drivage footage has reached 37 610 m, single-entry 5.1 m/month,the best single-head on footage has been over 834 meters,and achieved the rapid excavation of mine.
