采动影响下穿层钻孔围岩裂隙封堵新技术在芦岭煤矿的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对芦岭煤矿地压大、底板巷穿层钻孔预抽时间长及穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度偏低的情况,在分析目前国内外瓦斯抽采钻孔常规封孔技术特点后,提出了一种穿层钻孔围岩裂隙封堵新技术,用以解决封孔技术问题。并通过理论研究和Ⅱ817集中巷12号钻场工业性测试,大幅度提高瓦斯抽采浓度及抽采纯量;有效延长钻孔的瓦斯有效抽采期,大大缓解采掘抽接续紧张的局面;拓展了瓦斯治理的时间和空间,为矿井瓦斯治理和抽掘采平衡提供了有力的保障。 Against it's with big pressure,long pre-time of drift-boring in roof lane and low concentration of drift-boring gas extraction,then make characteristics analysis of current domestic and international gas drainage drilling conventional sealing technology,put forward a new bunker-blocking technology to solve drift-boring surround rock fractured zone.And make analysis new technology of Ⅱ 817 gathering main roadway No.12 drilling ground surrounding rock industrial test,it can greatly improve the concentration of gas extraction and improve the pure gas drainage;extend drilling relatively effective gas extraction phase,greatly ease a tense situation in mining,and strengthen regional management measures,relative weakening local management measures,then expand gas control of time and space,and provide strong guarantee for mine gas control and smoke in balance dig.
