摘要
肝肺综合征是在各种肝病基础上发生的以肺内血管扩张、低氧血症为主要病理变化的肺部疾病。其发病机制复杂，现就该病发病机制最新研究进展作一综述。
Hepatopulmonary syndrome is the triad of arterial hypoxemia due to pulmonary vascular dilatation induced by liver diseases. The pathogenis＇ s is complicated. This article reviews the advances of pathogeuisis of the disease.
