重视胆道外科疾病合并肝硬化的术前风险评估 被引量：3

摘要 胆道外科疾病合并肝硬化的患者，由于肝硬化导致肝脏萎缩，使胆囊床移位，造成胆囊和肝外胆管的解剖和暴露困难；术中胆囊床一旦发生出血，因门静脉压力高，常导致出血难以控制，而且肝十二指肠韧带处存在大量曲张静脉，肝门区广泛充血，极易发生难以控制的大出血；术后患者容易发生腹腔出血及曲张静脉破裂、腹水加重、腹腔感染等，可加重患者的肝功能损害，增加术后并发症的发病率和病死率。另一方面肝硬化患者胆汁酸分泌减少，
