摘要
在麻醉兔观察了甲基莲心碱(Nef)对心内传导功能的影响。Nef 4 mg/kg iv明显延长兔SACT和CSNRT,增大SNRTI,表明对窦房结传导功能有显著抑制作用。Nef恒速iv 1~8 mg/kg,剂量依赖性地延长兔HBE A—H和H—V,增宽V波,使ECGP—R延长,这些作用与奎尼丁相似。结果表明Nef对心脏房—室、希氏束—浦肯野纤维—心室肌的传导有显著的抑制作用。
Neferine,a bis benzyl-isoquinoline alkaloid from the seed embryo of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn,possesses antiarrhythmic action.Its effects on the heart conducting system were investigated in the anesthetized rabbits.The sinus node recovery time and the sino-atrial conduction time were prolonged by 4 mg/kg neferine(iv,10min)from 285±40 ms and49±14 ms to 312±24 ms and 70±17 ms(p<0.05),respectively.Neferine at 1-8 mg/kg iv lengthened the His-bundle electrogram A-H and H V intervals and widened V duration in a dose-dependent manner.It(8 mg/kg)prolonged the A-H and H-V intervals from 47±5 msand 17±2 ms of control to 64±3 ms(n=8,p<0.01)and 26±2 ms(p<0.01),respectively,widened V duration from 37±3 ms to 61±6 ms(p<0.01),and also lengthened electrocardiograph P-R interval from 57±7 ms to 72±8 ms(p<0.01).The effects of neferine are similar to those of quinidine.The results indicate that neferine,similar to quinidine,has an inhibitory effect on the atrioventricular and the intra-ventricular conducting systems.
