摘要
数控机床撞刀是机床操作用过程中较为常见的事故,基于配置为FANUC OiD系统的数控机床为研究对象,全面地分析了引发数控机床撞刀的原因,为从事机床操作、维修教学的人员提供有效的参考,尽可能地避免在机床操作过程中撞刀事故的发生。
CNC machine tool cutter is machine tool operation process using a common accident, based on the configuration for the FANUC OiD system of NC machine tool as the object of study,a comprehensive analysis of NC machine tool colli- sion caused by reasons, is engaged in machine tool operation, repair the teaching staff to provide effec- tive reference, as much as possible to avoid the ma- chine operation process in the hit a knife accident.
