摘要
多粘菌素B(PMB)0.1～10 mg/kg ip可抑制小鼠免疫功能,使小鼠碳粒廓清功能降低,抗体生成减少;抑制对SRBC的迟发型超敏反应;在体外,1.5～15.4μg/ml的PMB可抑制PHA诱导的淋巴细胞转化。对外周全血白细胞吞噬功能未见明显影响。
Polymyxin B at the doses of 0.1-10 mg/kg suppressed the immune function of mice.1 and 5mg/kg of it decreased the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles,and this effect was not influenced by the different routes of administration at 1 mg/kg.Its 0.1,0.5 or 5 mg/kg markedly inhibited the production of the hemolysin in mice immunized with SRBC in a dose-effect relationship,and 5 and 10 mg/kg of it obviously suppressed the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction of the footpad induced by SRBC in mice andlymphocyte proliferation of [3H] TdR incorporation induced by PHA in vitro.The effect on phagocytosis of polymorphonuclear leukocyte in blood was not observed.Because severely burned patients have suffered secondary immunosuppression,when they are treated by polymyxin B,its immuno-pharmacological effects should be considered.
