摘要
随着LNG(液化天然气)项目的大规模建设,LNG储罐逐渐朝着大型化的方向发展。作为LNG液化厂和接收站的关键和核心设备,介绍了大型LNG储罐在设计和建造方面的特殊要求。论述了国际上常用的大型LNG储罐的结构形式和特点;大型LNG储罐各种结构形式在投资、建设周期、安全性等方面的优缺点;大型LNG储罐材料选择与制造要求;储罐的安全性设计要求。在此基础上,提出了大型LNG储罐在设计和建造过程中应重点注意的关键问题,对大型LNG储罐的国产化潜力进行了分析,并提出了今后的公关方向。
With the large-size construction of LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)projects,the size of LNG storage tank was developing towards large size.The large-size LNG storage tank was the key facility in the LNG liquefaction plant and receiving terminal.The special requirements in the design and construction of the large-size LNG storage tank were introduced.The type sand characteristics of commonly used large-size LNG storage tanks and the advantages and disadvantages of each type of storage tanks in respect of cost,construction period,and operating safety were described.Materials and construction requirements of the large-size LNG storage tank were also discussed.Key points in design and construction were put forward.Finally,the potential of the localization for the large-size LNG storage tank was analyzed and the study direction was also proposed.
