摘要
通过鄱阳湖区圩堤信息管理系统建设,探讨3S技术在鄱阳湖区水利工程信息化建设中的应用,为管理者提供堤防工程管理、汛期防洪决策、抢险提供信息支持、统计分析、辅助决策等功能,助力环鄱阳湖生态经济区的信息化建设。
Based on the experience from the MIS construction for dyke around Poyang Lake area, the authors probe into the application of 3S technology in water conservancy engineering information construction for Poyang Lake district, which provides supporting information, statistical analysis, assistant decision--making for levee project management, flood control decision--making and disaster relief in flood season to propel the informatiza- tion construction of ecologically economic zone around Poyang Lake.
