320排CT冠脉成像与冠脉造影临床比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨320排CT冠脉成像与冠脉造影对冠心病诊断的比较。方法对80例确诊或疑似冠心病患者行多层CT成像(MDCT)检查后进行冠状动脉造影检查,观察两种检查方法敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值及分级诊断有无差异。结果以冠脉造影检查为金标准,320排CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的总体敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值分别为77.2%、81.1%、62.3%和89.8%,二者分级诊断具有中度至高度一致性。结论 320排CT冠脉成像可对冠状动脉疾病作初步评估,作为冠心病的一种无创筛查手段具有很高的临床应用价值。 Objective To compare the diagnostic performance of 320-slice multideteetor computed tomography (MDCT) with coronary angiography (CTA) . Methods A total of 80 patients who were diagnosed or suspected coronary artery disease were included in the study. All patients underwent invasive coronary angiography (CAG) after 320-slice MDCT examination. Compare two methods-with the sensitivity, specificity, positive & negative predictive values and grading diagnosis. Results According to the CAG gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity, positive & negative predictive values by 320-slice MDCT were 77. 2% , 81.1% , 62. 3% and 89. 8% , two methods of grading diagnosis has a moderate to high consistency. Conclusion 320-slice MDCT can be an initial assessment of coronary artery disease. It is very useful in clinical application of coronary heart disease diagnosis.
