摘要
目的探讨MRI增强扫描对大脑脱髓鞘假瘤(demyelination pseudotumor,DPT)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析9例经病理或临床证实的大脑DPT患者MRI平扫及增强扫描的表现。结果病灶多发1例,单发8例。MRI平扫显示,病变在T1WI上呈低信号,T2WI上呈高信号,DWI上呈略低、等或略高信号;增强扫描2例病灶内可见斑片状强化,余7例均见垂直于侧脑室的线条状强化。结论 MRI增强扫描对于DPT的诊断具有重要价值。垂直于侧脑室的线条状强化是大脑DPT的典型MRI表现。
Objective To investigate the value of enhanced MRI on the diagnosis of intracerebral demyelination pseudotumor （DPT）. Methods The plain and enhanced MR imaging were performed in 9 cases with DPT. All MR images were reviewed. Results Multiple lesions were found in 1 case, and solitary lesion was detected in the other 8 cases. The lesions showed hypointense on T1WI, and hyperintense on T2WI. On DWI, the lesions were mildly hypointense, isointense, or mildly hyperintense. Patchy enhancement was found in 2 cases, and linear enhancement perpendicular to lateral ventricles was found in the other 7 cases. Conclusions Enhanced MR imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis of DPT. Linear enhancement perpendicular to lateral ventricles is the typical MR finding of intracerebral DPT.
