摘要
论文重点介绍了ITU T的H 2 6 3视频编码标准和作者开发的基于H 2 6 3标准的会议电视视频终端。在以太网上由该视频终端构成的会议电视系统中实现了两点或多个终端中任意两点之间的视频传输 。
This paper introduces the ITU T H.263 Video Coding Standard and the H 263 video terminal we developed We can achieve video transmission between two points of multi point system composed by the video terminals over Ethernet, and switch the remote video at the local terminal
