摘要
目的探索武警部队干部健康管理工作模式。方法对武警某部206名干部进行健康相关行为问卷调查,并进行健康管理干预。结果得出“以营造支持性环境为前提,依托特色健康管理软件,在分级目标管理的框架下,融合群体管理和个体管理,实施自我管理、互助管理及专业管理相结合”的立体式武警部队干部健康管理工作模式;饮食、运动、戒烟限酒、睡眠等基本健康行为的流行率较干预前有显著性差异。结论初期效果评价显示管理对象的健康相关行为有了很大改善,目标人群对管理的整个过程满意度很高,此管理模式针对武警部队干部人群有效、可行。
Objective To explore the health management model of military officers. Methods 206 officers were investigated with a self-administrated questionnaire about health-related behaviors, and were managed by the methods of health management. Results An integrative health management work model was explored out; compared with the first investigation, the increase in the prevalence rate of health-promoted behaviors was significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion This integrative health management model could change health-related behaviors significantly.
