摘要
临床实习是临床医学生学习和实践的重要环节,是医学生成才的关键时期。该文结合工作实际,对毕业实习带教工作进行探讨,并提出了提高临床实习质量的若干对策。
Clinical practice is an important part between learning and pactice for medical students ,as well as the key period for Clinical Students to grow into a professional talent. To ensure the quality of clinical practice, the author analyzes the factors involved in practical experience and explores a preliminary study about graduate clinical practice.And propose several countermeasures to improve the clinical internship quality.
