摘要
目的:探讨口腔门诊医院感染发生的原因及控制措施,减少其在诊疗过程中院感的发生。方法:针对口腔门诊发生院感的原因,采取了职业防护、标准预防、严格执行手卫生及院感专业知识培训,规范医疗垃圾分类处理等控制措施。结果:通过各项措施的落实,口腔门诊各项消毒隔离指标均符合和达到卫生部有关院感管理质量标准。结论:加强口腔门诊院感预防措施的落实,可有效控制院感的发生。
Objective ：to explore hospital infection reasons and control measures in comprehensive hospital dental clinic to reduce hosp.ital infection in the course of diagnosis and treatment of dental clinic. Methods： Due to reasons of hospital infection occurred in dental clinic, com^prehensive hospital dental clinic puts forward quality control measures such as the standard disinfection work, strictly implement the hand health,professional protection,standards for prevention, strengthen the education and training of the concept of the sterile, regulating medical waste classification processing, etc. Results： Through the implementation of the measures,if the dentalclinic disinfection and isolation indexes meet to the hospital i＇nfection and related management quality standards,it can reduce the dental clinic hospital infection. Conclusion： If dental clinic in the comprehensive hospital can strengthenthe hospital infection prevention measures,it can effectively control the rate of infection.
