摘要
目的:研究围手术期护理对唇腭裂患者手术成功的作用。方法:选择某院2008年3个月～6岁唇腭裂患者562例,分别进行术前、术后护理。结果:562例患者均获得满意疗效,患儿创口愈合顺利,外形恢复良好,达到了预期的整复效果,腭裂患者发音改善。结论:随着唇腭裂序列治疗的发展,其护理亦不断发展,做好患者围手术期的护理对手术成功至关重要。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the perioperative nursing to the ehilopalatoguathus patients after operation. Methods： The 562 case of chilopalatognathus patients, 3 months to 6 years old, are given preop- erative and postoperative care. Results： All the 562 cases configuration heal well, achieve the desired result, and the Conclusion： With the treatment of cleft lip and palate acquire satisfying curative effect, the wound and the vocalization of the cleft palate patients has improved. sequence development, its nursing care also advances ceaselessly, quality perioperative nursing is very important to the patients.
