摘要
目的:探讨应用碘伏治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床治疗效果以及护理体会。方法:选择2310例在我院门诊就诊并确诊为霉菌性阴道炎的患者,进行碘伏冲洗、消毒治疗,经过3个疗程后复查,并进行半年的随访复查后对治疗效果以及护理体会进行总结。结果:治愈1560例,占治疗病例数的67.82%;有效560例,占治疗病例数的24.34%;好转124例,占治疗病例数的5.39%;无效36例,占治疗病例数的1.56%;丢失病例数30例,占治疗病例数的1.3%。结论:应用碘伏消毒治疗霉菌性阴道炎治疗效果好、操作简单、经济费用低、患者易于接受,达到了预防复发并彻底治愈的目的,值得临床推广应用。
Objectives： To explore the clinical therapeutic efcacy of iodophor in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods： A total of 2310 patients diagnosed with mycotic vaginitis in PLA No. 302 Hospital were selected for the study. The patients received 3 courses of iodophor treatment, and then were examined after the treatment and rechecked in the 6 months＇ follow - up. The therapeutic effects and the nursing experiences were summarized. Results： The therapeutic effects indicated the following da- ta：curative rate 67.82% （ 560/2310 ）, effective rate 24.31% （ 560/2310 ）, improvement rate 5.39% （ 124/2310 ）, ineffe- rive rate 1.56% （ 36/2310 ）, and 1.3% missing data （30/2310）. Conclusion： Iodophor disinfectant is effective, simple, economic, and acceptable to patients in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.
