新鲜血清重复测定差值法在游离甲状腺激素质量控制中的应用

摘要 目的探讨建立一种以病人新鲜血清为质控物的全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪的质控方法。方法以Roche公司生产的Cobase601全自动电化学发光分析仪为实验仪器,以血清Fr3.FT4和TStt作观察指标。每天上午在质控物随标本测定后,选取两份结果合适的新鲜病人标本,第二天重复测定1次(间隔24h),连续检测30天.计算FT3,FT4和TsH前后2次检测结果的差值。观察其最大偏差是否满足〈1/2澳大利亚室问质评标准的要求。结果新鲜血清三项指标30天重复测定结果的平均偏差及最大偏差均〈1/2澳大利亚室间质评标准,能满足临床要求。结论病人新鲜血清标本重复测定差值法经济、方便、可行,可作为FT3,FT4和TSH室内质拉品实际应用中的补充,利于提高检验报告的质量。 Objective To set up a repetitive measurement difference value quality control method with patient fresh serum for thyroid hormones. Methods All tests were performed on Roche Cobas e601 patient fresh serum samples were selected for 24 hours later detection after quality control passed which were checked among the patient samples every morning lasted for 30 days. Counted the deviation of repetitive measurement difference value of FT3,FT4 and TSH, observed the maximum de- viation if suffice for less than a half of the request of Australia EQA standard. Results The average deviation and the maxi- mum deviation were less than a half of the request of Australia EQA standard for 30 days. It could suffice for clinic need. Conclusion Difference value method based on patient fresh serum can be used as an appending method for FT3, FT4 and TSH routine matching control material, which is a financial, convenient, feasible method, benefit to increase of quality for test result.
