摘要
目的 熟悉和了解全腕关节置换术的历史及现状。方法 广泛查阅近年来有关全腕关节置换术的文献 ,进行综述。结果 回顾了各个时期所使用的全腕关节假体的特性 ,重点描述了各种假体的设计及生物力学特性 ,并对手术方法、并发症及其补救措施进行了讨论。结论 尽管目前腕关节融合术对各种晚期腕关节炎有较好的疗效 ,使用设计良好的假体行全腕置换术对某些对手部功能要求较高的患者仍是首选治疗方法。
Objective To review the history and current status of total wrist arthroplasty.Methods The original articles aboutwrist arthroplasty in recentyears were reviewed.Results The properties of wrist pros- thesis of different generations were reviewed,with the em phasis on the prosthesis design and biomechanical be- haviours.The surgical techniques,complications and salvage procedures were also discussed.Conclusion Al- though wristarthrodesis is highly successful in treating the end- stage wristarthritis,total wrist arthroplasty using well- designed prosthesis remains an alternative for the patients with special demands of hand functions.
