摘要
煤矸石的综合利用对发展循环经济和节能减排具有重要意义。本文利用煤矸石制备了氧化铝耐磨陶瓷,对产品的密度、硬度、断裂韧性和耐磨性能等进行了测试。煤矸石取代量为30wt%,烧结温度为1400℃时,烧结完好,样品外形美观,无斑点。其密度为3.4cm3/g,洛氏硬度为82,断裂韧性可达3.62MPa.m1/2,磨耗为0.247g/kg.h。
Comprehensive utilization of coal gangue plays an important role in the development of cir- cular economy and energy conservation and discharge reduction. This paper details alumina ceramic of wear--resistance using coal gangue. The densities, hardness, fracture toughness and wear--resist- ance of products are measured. At 1400 ℃, the product using coal gangue replacement to A12 Oa with 30 wt% has good looking appearance and no color spot. It has density up to 3.4 cma/g, hardness to 82, fracture hardness to 3.62 MPa · m1/2 and wear--resistance for 0. 247 g/kg · h.
