摘要
目的 研究局部及全身免疫反应在淋巴水肿患者中的作用特点及微波烘疗对免疫反应的影响。方法 应用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶聚合物 (APAAP)和亲和素 -生物素 -过氧化物酶 (ABC)免疫组织化学法 ,对2 7例慢性肢体淋巴水肿患者微波烘疗前后全身及局部浸润淋巴细胞表型进行检测。结果 淋巴水肿患者有外周血CD4+ T淋巴细胞 ,以及 CD4+ / CD8+ 比例的降低和真皮层血管周围 T淋巴细胞浸润 ;经两个疗程的微波烘疗后 ,CD4+ T淋巴细胞上升 ,CD4+ / CD8+ 比例恢复正常 ,真皮层小血管周围 T淋巴细胞浸润明显消退。结论 微波烘疗可调节慢性肢体淋巴水肿患者全身及局部免疫失衡。
Objective To observe the character of local and systemic imm une responses in chronic lim b lym phedem a,and to investigate the effect of m icrowave on im munological response.Methods From Novem ber 1996 to February1998,2 7patients with chronic limb lymphedema were adopted in this study.Among them,there were11males and16 females,the average age was36 .6 years.These patients were classified as the experimental group and10 healthy volunteers as the control group.Before and after m icrowave heating and bandaging treat- ment,T and B lymphocyte in peripheral blood and skin infiltrating cells in the patients and volunteers were detect- ed and phenotyped with alkaline phosphatase- anti- alkaline phosphatase(APAAP) and avidin biotin peroxidase com- plex (ABC) imm unohistochem ical methods respectively.Results There were decreases of CD4+ T lym phocyte and the ratio of CD4+ /CD8+ in peripheral blood and predom inant derm al perivascular T lymphocyte infiltration in chronic lim b lymphedema patients.After two courses of microwave heating and bandaging treatm ent,it was found that the number of CD4+ T lym phocytes increased and the ratio of CD4+ /CD8+ was restored to normal levels,and dermal perivascular T lym phocyte infiltration decreased greatly.Conclusion Microwave heating and bandaging treatm ent can modulate the systemic and local immunological imbalance of chronic limb lymphedema.
