摘要
目的 研究消化性溃疡患者生活质量及其治疗后的变化 ,初探胃及十二指肠溃疡患者的心理情感状态 ,及可疑心理异常患者在治疗前后的变化 .方法 采纳 Mcmaster生活质量问卷 ,对 2 2例正常人及 74例十二指肠溃疡 (DU)患者、44例胃溃疡 (GU)患者在治疗前后进行问卷调查 ,评价其包括一般生活能力、社交能力激心理情感状态等方面的生活质量 .结果 正规临床治疗可以明显提高 PU患者 QOL 分值 ,但其中 1 8例 DU患者 ,6例 GU患者 ,其心理状态相关题目的得分在治疗前后均明显低于正常人 ;年轻 PU患者多分布于学生、个体户和战士 .结论 正规治疗可以明显提高 PU患者的QOL;临床治愈并不能完全纠正一部分患者原有的心理状态可疑紊乱 .年轻
AIM To evaluate the alteration of life quality(LQ)of peptic ulcer (PU) patients after clinical recovery, analyze the emotional function of PU patients and study the change of emotional function among PU patients with likely psychological disorders. METHODS A LQ Mcmaster questionnaire was administered to 22 normal subjects, 44 gastric ulcer (GU) patients and 74 duodenal ulcer (DU) patients. Assessment was made in terms of 17 questions, which were adopted to measure PU symptoms, emotional and social function. RESULTS Standard scores of patients were higher when they were cured clinically compared with those prior to drug treatment. But the scores of 7 questions related to emotional function in questionnaire were similar prior to treatment and after clinical recovery in 18 DU patients and 6 GU patients. It was found that young PU patients tended to be found in the segment of students, soldiers and self employed individuals. CONCLUSION LQ of PU patients can be enhanced significantly by standard clinical therapy. In some PU patients who are assessed to have likely psychological disorders before treatment, this kind of intrinsic likely disorders still exist even when these patients are recovered clinically.
