摘要 本实验观察了高碘对仔鼠脑发育和智力的影响。实验分为高碘组和适碘组,分别饮含碘50μg/L、3000μg/L的去离子水。喂至3月龄,雌雄同笼,观察仔鼠的情况。结果显示,高碘组15日龄和30日龄仔鼠大脑和海马绝对重量及相对重量低于适碘组,但尚无统计学意义。图象分析表明,高碘组仔鼠大脑皮质层锥体细胞平均体积、平均表面积和体密度减小,而数密度和比表面积增大,锥体细胞发育落后。迷宫实验证实:高碘组仔鼠穿越迷宫时间延长,错误次数增多。研究结果提示,高碘对仔鼠大脑发育和智力有一定的损伤作用。 The study showed the effect of high iodine on brain and intelligence The mice were divided into two groups One group drank 50ug/L iodine ion water, the other drank 3000ug/L iodine ion water At the third month,the mice were mated The young mice were observed The results showed:The absolute and relative weight of brain and hippocarnpus was lighter in high iodine group The stereological analysis demonstrated that the mean volume and surface of cortex pyramidal cells in high iodine group was smaller than that in middle iodine group But the number density of cortex pyramidal cells in high rodine group was higher it suggested that the development of pyramidal cells in high iodine group was later The water-- maze results showed that the mice in high iodine group spent longer time and made more errors The whole study suggested that high iodine harmed to the brain and intelligence development in young mouse
