摘要
本实验观察了高碘对仔鼠脑发育和智力的影响。实验分为高碘组和适碘组，分别饮含碘５０μｇ／Ｌ、３０００μｇ／Ｌ的去离子水。喂至３月龄，雌雄同笼，观察仔鼠的情况。结果显示，高碘组１５日龄和３０日龄仔鼠大脑和海马绝对重量及相对重量低于适碘组，但尚无统计学意义。图象分析表明，高碘组仔鼠大脑皮质层锥体细胞平均体积、平均表面积和体密度减小，而数密度和比表面积增大，锥体细胞发育落后。迷宫实验证实：高碘组仔鼠穿越迷宫时间延长，错误次数增多。研究结果提示，高碘对仔鼠大脑发育和智力有一定的损伤作用。
