摘要
本实验观察了高碘对仔鼠脑发育和智力的影响。实验分为高碘组和适碘组,分别饮含碘50μg/L、3000μg/L的去离子水。喂至3月龄,雌雄同笼,观察仔鼠的情况。结果显示,高碘组15日龄和30日龄仔鼠大脑和海马绝对重量及相对重量低于适碘组,但尚无统计学意义。图象分析表明,高碘组仔鼠大脑皮质层锥体细胞平均体积、平均表面积和体密度减小,而数密度和比表面积增大,锥体细胞发育落后。迷宫实验证实:高碘组仔鼠穿越迷宫时间延长,错误次数增多。研究结果提示,高碘对仔鼠大脑发育和智力有一定的损伤作用。
