摘要
本文运用“中值法”对吉林省居民血硒影响因素进行敏感性分析。结果表明，人体对硒的生物利用率是影响居民体内硒含量的最敏感变量。一个地区居民对硒的生物利用率除了受自身新陈代谢能力，营养状况等生理方面的差异影响外，同时受制于该地区自然环境因素和社会经济因素。因而提出要通过调查自然环境因素和社会经济因素两方面来提高居民体内硒营养水平。
This article makes a sensitivity analysis of effect factors on blood selenum of residents in Keshan disease regions of Jilin Province by using 'middle value emthods' Results show that the bioavailability rate of human body to selenium is the most sensitive valuable,which affects selenium concentration in rest- dents' body Except for the influence of physiological aspects such as the ability of metabolism and nutrition condition of Individual,etc The bioavailability rate of residents to selenium is restricted by natural environ- mental factors and social economical factors in this region Therefore, the practical measures to mcrease the nutrition level of selenium in residents' body are proposed through the two aspects of adjusting natural environ- mental factors and social economical factors
