摘要
通过分析我国MRPⅡ应用的现状和在实施过程中遇到的问题、产生原因 ,提出了在MRPⅡ实施过程中首先要提高企业全体员工的认识 ,在员工中形成必切需求实施MRPⅡ的共识 ,其次不仅要在组织上落实 ,技术上可行 ,而且目标明确 ,实施方案合理 ,把高起点和企业现状相结合 ,MRPⅡ的规划和企业规划相结合 ,充分做好数据准备 ,加强系统运行管理 ,健全运行管理机制
An analysis is given to the status quo of MRPⅡ application and the problems and their causes in the application.On that basis,it is proposed that the whole staff should have an identical understanding as to the necessity of the application of MRPⅡ,that the MRPⅡ be technically practicable and be carried through organizationally with definite objectives and reasonable application plans,and that the MRPⅡ should be combined with the planning of the enterprise.Adequate data preparation should be made.The system operation management should be strengthened and the mechanism of the operation management should be perfected.For specific problems,the authors suggest that different application approaches should be adopted for enterprises of different sizes and with different modes of production.
