摘要
在对战略性新兴产业发展条件和科技创新价值活动基础上,研究了战略性新兴产业科技创新体系。在深入探究战略性新兴产业发展中产业科技创新体系的作用机理上,形成了战略性新兴产业科技创新体系建设路径。最后提出了战略性新兴产业科技创新体系建设的策略。
It this article, we first research the development conditions of strategic emerging industries and inno- vation of science and technological value activities. Second, we research the technology innovation system of strate- gic emerging industries. Then we form a technology innovation system construction path of strategic emerging in- dustries. At last, we put forward the technology innovation system strategy of strategic emerging industries.
