摘要
利用回归分析的方法计算出湿空气焓值的湿球温度表达式,进而导出回采工作面热平衡方程的湿球温度表达式和风流的热交换方程。由于干球温度指标评价矿井气候条件具有片面性,引出了回采工作面进风临界湿球温度的概念。通过分析,得出回采工作面的进风临界湿球温度为25℃较为合适的结论。当回采工作面进风湿球温度低于25℃时,适量增加风量有利于工作面降温,当大于25℃时,增加风量对工作面降温反而有害。
Regression analysis is used to calculate the enthalpy of moist air wet bulb temperature expression, and then the coal face heat balance equation of expression and the wet bulb temperature of air flow heat exchange equation is exported. As the dry bulb temperature index to evaluate mine climate conditions is one - sided,so the concept of wofldng face inlet air wet bulb temperature is introduced. Analysis shows that the suitable critical working face of the inlet air wet bulb temperature should be 25℃. When the working face into rheumatoid bulb temperature is lower than 25℃, the modest increase in coo - ling air flow is conducive to face; when it is above 25℃ ,the increase in cooling air flow on the face is useless but handul.
