摘要
哥斯达黎加国家体育场罩棚采用预应力钢桁架拱结构,跨度286 m。采用支架拼装和分级落架施工,在落架过程中,采用磁变式无线应力监测系统进行实时应力监测,采用智能全站仪进行变形监测,为落架工作的顺利进行和罩棚结构的安全使用提供技术保障。研究结果表明,监测结果与理论计算结果吻合较好,表明钢结构罩棚塔架成功。
A prestressed steel trussed arch structure with a span of 286 m is used for Costa Riea National Stadium. The steel truss was fixed by bracing structures and the grading process for removing temperary supports was also used removing temporary supports. During removing temporary supports, the wireless stress monitoring system was used to monitor the steel awning stress and the intelligent total station was used to monitor the steel awning deformation, which could technically guarantee removing temporary supports successfully. The result showed that the results of monitoring are in good agreement with the results of theoretical calculation during the removing temporary supports. Which displays that removing temporary supports of steel awning structure is successful.
