摘要
市场机制对产业转移起到基础性的调节作用。基于广东产业转移经验,先是探讨了完善市场机制下转移企业的决策逻辑,认为集聚效应是企业决策的关键影响因素。继而扩展到不完善市场机制下,政府作为市场的补充参与到产业转移中,同时影响了企业决策。引入交易成本对企业支付的影响,提出一个不完善市场机制下政府与企业的博弈模型,从博弈的角度看产业转移中企业与政府的行为决策。
Market mechanism has a basic modulation effect on industrial transfer. Based on the experience of Guangdong industrial transfer, the paper researches the logic of firm transfer which operates under perfect market mechanism firstly, and considers that the cluster effect makes the key difference on firm＇ S decision. Furthermore, the paper develops into imperfect market mechanism, in which the government acts as the supplement of market, it affects firm＇ s decision as well. Pulling transaction cost into firm＇ s payoff, the paper gets a game model between government and firm which operates under imperfect market mechanism, intending to know about the behavioral decision of firm and government in industrim transfer from the game theory angle.
