基于故障点电压特性的同杆双回线自适应重合闸 被引量:12

摘要 提出了一种基于故障点电压特性的同杆双回线自适应重合闸技术。同杆双回线中故障相跳闸后,故障点电压可通过线路端电压和测距结果计算得出;不同故障类型下故障性质分别为瞬时性和永久性时,故障点电压呈现不同特性。针对接地故障类型,提出利用故障点电压幅值判断其故障性质的方法;针对跨线故障,提出利用不同回线跳开相故障点电压差判断其故障性质的方法。针对同杆双回线的所有故障类型提出了按时序重合的基本原则,并在重合过程中兼顾对相间故障性质进行判断。该方法考虑了同杆双回线可能出现的各种复杂故障类型,且判据不受互感耦合电压、故障位置及过渡电阻的影响,仿真实验表明判据准确可靠。 A new adaptive autoreclosure technique based on voltage features at fault point is presented for double-circuit transmission line on the same tower. Voltages at fault point, which can be calculated through terminal voltages, have different characteristics in the case of transient and permanent fault. The voltage magnitude at fault point is used for identifying permanent ground fault; the voltage difference at fault point is used for identifying permanent cross-line fault. The principles of reclosing scheme are raised for each fault type and during the reclosing process the permanent inter-phase fault in one circuit is identified. The whole technique can be used for all the fault types in double-circuit transmission line and the criterions are not affected by load currents, fault position and transition resistance. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method is reliable when it is applied in double-circuit transmission lines.
