摘要
目的 :观察以益气活血组成的中药复方制剂活血通脉片对实验性急性心肌缺血犬和缺血性心脏病患者的血液流变性的影响。方法 :采用结扎冠状动脉 ,造成急性心肌缺血模型 ,经十二指肠灌入实验药物 ,从实验犬心大静脉留取血样 ,检测急性心肌缺血犬实验条件下的血液流变性指标 ;临床选择符合WHO制定的缺血性心脏病的命名及诊断标准患者 ,口服活血通脉片 5片 ,每日 3次 ,1个月为 1疗程 ,采用自身对照 ,检测治疗前后冠心病心绞痛患者的血液流变性指标。结果 :能降低实验性急性心肌缺血犬及冠心病心绞痛患者的全血粘度 (高切、低切 )、血浆粘度和加快红细胞电泳时间 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :活血通脉片对实验性急性心肌缺血及冠心病心绞痛患者血液高粘滞综合征的血液流变性有改善作用 ,可用于冠心病心绞痛的治疗及预防。
Objective:To study the effect of Huoxue Tongmai tablet(HXTMT) on hemorrheology in experimental canine and patients with myocardial ischemia.Method:The coronary artery ligation was employed to establish a myocardial ischemia model with canine.Coronary sinus cannula was inserted through the external jugular vein and HXTMT was duodenally perfused;Hemorrheological indexes was measured before and after ligation;Patients with myocardial ischemia were given HXTMT 4 tablets,3 per day for 1 month, and hemorrheological indexes were measured before and after therapy.Result:In comparison with control,hemorrheological indexes such as whole blood high shear and low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,and erythrocyte eletrophoretic time(EET) reduced significantly in myocardial ischemia canine and patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:HXTMT could improve hemodynamics of blood hyperviscosity sydrome in experimental canine and patients with myocardial ischemia.
