摘要
目的 研究血清庚型肝炎病毒核糖核酸 (HGVRNA)阳性或阴性肝病肝组织中HGV抗原 (HGVAg)的表达状况及其临床意义。 方法 应用抗HGV非结构 5区 (NS5)单克隆抗体(McAb) ,以免疫组织化学BA法检测肝细胞中HGVNS5抗原。结果 HGVAg阳性染色为棕黄色 ,呈细小颗粒状位于肝细胞胞浆 ,肝组织中阳性肝细胞呈散在分布 ;在血清HGVRNA阳性和阴性肝组织中HGVAg的检出率分别为 6 3 6 4% (7/ 11例 )和 5 6 2 % (5 / 89例 )。结论 HGV属于一种嗜肝病毒 ,HGVAg在肝组织的表达与血清HGVRNA关系密切。
Objective To investigate the expression of hepatitis G virus(HGV) NS 5 antigen in liver tissue from patients with HGVRNA(RT PCR) seropositive or seronegative.Methods Liver specimens from patients with hepatitis were detected by immunohistochemical method with monoclonal antibody to HGV NS 5.Results The HGVAg positive staining was brown in color.HGVAg was presented as granule in cytoplasm of liver cell.The HGVAg positive hepatocytes were found to spread sporadically.The percentages of HGVAg positive staining were 63 64%(7/11) and 5 62%(5/89)from patients with HGVRNA seropositive and seronegative respectively.Conclusion HGV is hepatotropic virus.The expression of hepatic HGVAg had distinct relationship with the level of serum HGVRNA.
