摘要
目的探讨妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的临床特点、诊治方法及其预防措施。方法回顾性分析9例妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料。结果 9例患者皆采取一次性病灶切除治疗,术后切口皆Ⅰ期愈合,术后病检可见异位的子宫内膜间质、腺体,组织纤维化,腺体分化良好,病灶周期性出血,治疗后均痊愈出院,随访一年内无一例复发,无恶变案例。结论妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的诊断手段主要是结合临床表现、病史、辅助检查及术后病检,早期诊断是治愈的关键,手术是首选的治疗方法。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical characteristics of obstetrics and gynecology operation incision endometriosis.Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with obstetrics and gynecology operation incision endometriosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results 9 patients had disposable lesion resection,postoperative incisions were I stage healing,postoperative pathological examination visible ectopic endometrial stromal tissue fibrosis,glands,glands,well-differentiated,lesions of cyclical bleeding,after treatment were cured after one year follow-up,no recurrence in 1 patients,and no malignant transformation case.Conclusion Obstetrics and gynecology operation incision endometriosis diagnosis is mainly based on clinical manifestations,history,auxiliary examination and postoperative pathological examination,early diagnosis is the key to healing,operation is the preferred method of treatment.
