摘要
通过对SWOT和PEST两种战略分析工具进行组合,作为展开研究的主要方法,从政治、经济、社会、技术与自然4个方面分析广州市农业信息化在发展过程中面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。并从优势-机会、劣势-机会、优势-威胁、劣势-威胁4个方面提出应对的策略。
In this paper,the analysis tools of SWOT and PEST were combined into one,which was used as the research method.The strength,weakness,opportunity and threat in the development process of Guangzhou Agricultural informatization were analyzed in the aspects of political,economic,social,technological natural.At last,the development suggestions were given from the aspects of Strength-opportunity,weakness-opportunity,strength-threat and weakness-threat.
