摘要
在高速切削加工过程中,影响表面完整性的因素是非常复杂的。从3个方面对近几年来高速切削表面完整性研究的现状进行了综述:表面粗糙度的研究、表面残余应力的研究、加工表面硬化的研究,为进一步研究表面完整性具有指导意义。
There are complex factors that influence the surface integrity in HSC processing. This paper reviews the state of the arts in surface integrity for high-speed cutting (HSC) process mainly from three aspects. The research of surface roughness, the research of surface residual stress, the research of surface hardening, to further study the surface integrity to have the guiding sense.
