多层螺旋CT动态观察肋骨隐匿骨折的意义 被引量:10

摘要 肋骨骨折是常见的胸部损伤之一。近年来,MSCT以其先进的扫描技术和强大的后处理功能弥补了X线平片与常规CT的不足,使肋骨骨折的显示和诊断能力明显提高。但在实践工作中笔者发现,断端无明显移位的隐匿骨折,常常因为漏诊而引起医患纠纷。笔者收集13例19处肋骨隐匿性骨折患者资料,分析报告如下。
