多发性骨髓瘤患者血清IL-6和TNF-α水平的测定及其意义 被引量:16

摘要 目的 探讨多发性骨髓瘤 (MM )患者血清白细胞介素 6(IL 6)和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)的变化及其意义。方法 采用ELISA法测定 3 6例MM患者血清中IL 6和TNF α的水平。结果 进展期MM患者血清IL 6和TNF α水平较正常对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;缓解期MM患者血清IL 6和TNF α水平明显下降 ,与正常对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。进展期MM患者IL 6和TNF α水平的增高与临床分期有关 ,Ⅲ期患者明显高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 血清IL 6和TNF α的水平可能与MM的发生、发展有关 ,测定血清IL 6和TNF α水平可作为MM病情观察和监测治疗反应的 1种手段。 Objective To study the change and clinical implications of interleukin 6(IL 6) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) in multiple myeloma(MM).Methods Serum IL 6 and TNF α levels in 36 of MM cases were assayed by ELISA.Results Serum IL 6 and TNF α levels were higher in evolution period of MM patients than in normal control( P <0.01);and IL 6 and TNF α levels were significantly decreased in anesis period,and it weren't significantly difference compared with normal control group( P >0.05).Increased IL 6 and TNF α levels in evolution period were related with clinical stage,and it was more remarkable in Ⅲ stage than in Ⅰand Ⅱ stage.Conclusion IL 6 and TNF α levels in serum may associate with development of MM.The determination of IL 6 and TNF α levels in human serum could help to observation of MM state as a monitor method.
