摘要
以实例介绍了小峡水电站主变压器高压套管将军帽过热缺陷原因分析及处理。通过红外成像图谱分析以及对套管将军帽结构的分析,采用排除法最终确认缺陷原因,指出设备制造时导电杆与导电密封头接触不良是导致缺陷的主要原因。同时,对缺陷处理工艺进行了详尽的介绍,并提出了经验总结。
This paper describes the cause and processing of the overheating defect of the main transformer high-voltage bushing coupler in Small Three Gorges Hydropower Plant. Through the spectrum analysis of infrared imaging and analysis of the bushing coupler structure, and by means of the elimination process, it is finally confirmed the defect is caused by the poor contact between the conductive rod and the first conductive seal, which happened in the equipment manufacture. Meanwhile, the defect handling process is expounded in detail with the corresponding lessons summed up.
