摘要
经济发展方式转型背景下地方本科院校存在学科专业结构、人才培养模式、教学内容与方式等与之不相适应的问题。采取对接地方产业发展需求重构人才培养载体、对接多元成才需求抉择人才培养模式、对接地方大型企业延伸人才培养平台、对接应用能力培养设计人才培养内容、对接有效课堂优化人才培养主渠道等改革举措能够取得一定成效。
Under the background of transformation of economic development modes,there exist problems of subject structure,personnel training modes,and teaching content and styles in local undergraduate universities.We can surely make some achievements if we reconstruct the carriers of personnel training to meet the demands of local industrial development,choose the proper modes of personnel training with the multiple personnel growth as orientation,extend and expand the platform for the personnel training by linking up with local big enterprises,design the training content by cultivating personnel abilities,and optimize the channels of personnel training through the combination with effective classes.
