摘要
港口对停靠船舶提供岸电时使用的电缆对地存在电容,其中积累的电荷会对操作人员产生安全隐患。文章确定了6kV岸电电缆的参数计算方法,并给出了典型值。通过计算,确定电缆参与电荷对人体产生的危害的程度。根据分析,对岸电电缆放电装置进行了原理设计,有效的保证了操作人员的安全。
When ports supplying shore power to vessels,capacitance exists in the cable used to ground,of which the accumulated charges will have potential danger to operating personnel.This article identifies an arithmetic method for 6 kV shore power cable parameters,and puts forward a typical value.Through the calculations,the harm degree of the charge on the cable to human body is determined.the shore power cable discharging device is designed,and safety of operators is effectively guaranteed.
