摘要
观察了运动训练对纯合子apoE缺陷鼠脂质代谢的影响,结果表明,游泳12周(2h × 6d/w)后,正常C57B/6J鼠TC、LDL和TG均显著降低,结果分别为TC(68.03±11.89mg/d1,51.42±12.59mg/dl,P<0.05%)、LDL(26.02±5.79mg/dl,14.81±8.65mg/dl,P<0.05)和TG(75.52±12.31mg/dl,39.25±3.73mfg/dl,P<0.01),apoE缺陷鼠TC、LDL和TG则显著升高,结果分别为TC(459.69±144.16mg/dl,765.32±150.35mg/dl,P<0.01、LDL(350.60±102.15mg/dl,688.85±147mg/dl,P<0.01)和TG(72.18±17.45mg/dl,130.64±25.95mg/dl,P<0.01)。运动训练后apoE缺陷鼠血浆TC、TG和LDL水平升高,与 apoE缺陷鼠体内脂质经apoE依赖的受体途径清除障碍有关。提示当apoE基因缺陷时,依靠有氧训练改善血脂状况的效果不佳。
The effects of swimming training on the lipid metabolism of homozygous ape - deficient micas were examined. Plasma TC (68. 03±11 .89 mg/dl,51 .42 ± 12.59mg/dl ,p< 0.05), LDL (26.02 ±5.79 mg/dl, 14.81±8.65 mg/dip< 0.05) and TG (75 .52 ±12. 31mg/dl,39.25 ±3 .73mg/dl, P < 0.01 ) of normal C57BL/6J mice reduced significantly after swimming training for 12 weeks (2h ×6d ). But the TC (459.69 ±144. 16 mg/dl,765.32 ± 150.35 mg/dl,p< 0.01),LDL (350.60±102.15mg/dl,688.85 ± 147 .78 mg/dl,p < 0.01 ) and TC (72. 18 ± 17 .45 mg/dl, 130.64 ± 25 .95mg/dl,p < 0.01 ) of ape - deficient mice increased re- markedly. Exercise thinning increased plasma TC, TG and LDL level in ape - deficient mice, which is associated with the delay clearance of lipid via ape - dependent receptor pathway. The results suggest that it may be inefficient for ape -deficient person to improve lipid profile dependent on aerobic exercise training.
