摘要
目的:了解不同运动方式对兔膝骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)关节功能的影响。方法:以新西兰白兔为研究对象,采用左后膝伸直位管型石膏固定8周的方法建立OA动物模型,通过施加主动活动、被动活动、主动加被动活动,自由活动等运动处理因素,观察X线检查、关节活动度和生物力学特性的改变。结果:主动活动有利于OA病情逆转,被动活动可促进关节活动功能恢复,两者结合效果最佳。结论:适宜的运动方式和强度对退交关节软骨具有促进修复和保护作用。
Aim: To investigate the influence of different ways of movement on the knee joint function of rabbits suffering from OA. Methods: Taking New Zealands's white rabbits as our study objects,we have built some OA animal models by fixing the rabbits, left posterior knee joint in stretching state into plaster casts for & weeks. After imposing active movement, passive movement, active-the- passive move- ment and free movement on the knee joint, an X-ray examination of the be joint was used to observe the change in the moving range of the joint and in the biomechanics features. Results: Active movement was good for the OA disease reversion and passive movement could help to restore the function of knee joint.A combination of the two could yeild optimal result.Conclusions: proper mode and intensity of movement could protect and repair althrochondritis.
