摘要
根据断裂力学理论,任何承受疲劳载荷的构件实际上不可避免的存在裂纹或缺陷,从而产生脆性断裂.断裂力学建立了裂纹尺寸、应力或应变水平及材料断裂韧性三者间的定量关系.本文对线弹性断裂力学、弹塑性断裂力学校验元件强度及有裂纹容器寿命的估算方法进行了研究.
Any fatigue loading components inevitably exist inevitably cracks or flaws,resulting in brittle fracture according to the theory of fracture mechanics.The quantitative correlation among crack size,stress or strain level and material fracture toughness was proposed by fracture mechanics.The linear elastic fracture mechanics,the element strength checked by elastic-plastic fracture mechanics and the life estimation of the vessel with cracks are studied in the paper.
