摘要
目的:观察降糖活血利水方治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:将64例Ⅳ期DN患者随机分为两组,对照组32例为常规治疗组,治疗组32例为常规治疗基础上联合应用降糖活血利水方,比较两组总疗效,以及肾功能、24h尿蛋白定量(Upro)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、总蛋白(TP)、血糖、血压、血脂变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组56.25%(P<0.01)。两组Upro、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)、平均动脉压(MAP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05);而两组TP、ALB均显著升高,治疗组上升更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:降糖活血利水方能显著改善Ⅳ期DN患者临床指标,延缓其进展。
Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of Jiangtang Huoxue Lishui prescription for patients with Ⅳstage diabetic nephropathy.Methods：Sixty-four patients with Ⅳ stage diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups randomly.Thirty-two patients in the compared group received regular treatment,and thirty-two patients in the control group received Jiangtang Huoxue Lishui prescription based on regular treatment.Clinical data including the common information,laboratory examination and follow-up office visit of patients with Ⅳstage diabetic nephropathy were collected and analyzed.Result：There were significant differences in the total rate of efficacy,that is to say,Upro,BUN,Scr,FPG,HBA1C,TC,TG,LDL,MAP,Alb and TP between two groups（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Jiangtang Huoxue Lishui prescription can improve clinical data of patients with Ⅳstage diabetic nephropathy markedly.
