摘要
目的:建立参连养心胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中黄连、五味子、酸枣仁、远志进行了定性鉴别研究;采用HPLC法测定丹酚酸B的含量,选用Dikma ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30∶10∶0.5∶59.5)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:TLC法可鉴别出黄连、五味子、酸枣仁、远志的特征斑点,且专属性强,分离度好;丹酚酸B浓度在0.015 2～0.076mg.mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为97.68%,RSD=1.78%。结论:该方法简便可行,可用于参连养心胶囊的质量控制。
Objective：To build the quality standard of Shenlian Yangxin capsules.Methods：Studying on the qualitative identification of coptis chinensis,Schisandra chinensis,wild jujube seed and Radix Polygalae by TLC;Content determination of Salvianolic acid B by HPLC,Dikma ODS C18 chromatographic column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,methanol：acetonitrile： Methanoicacid ：water（30∶10∶0.5∶59.5）as mobile phase,flow rate 1mL·min-1.Results：Distinguishing the characteristic spots of Shenlian Yangxin capsules.The method had highly specific and good resolution.The linear range of Salvianolic acid B was 0.152-0.76mg·mL-1（r=0.999 5）.The average recover was 97.68%,RSD=1.78%.Conclusion： The method is simple and feasible.It can be used to control the quality of Shenlian Yangxin capsules.
