健脾祛瘀法论治糖尿病胃轻瘫 被引量：4

摘要 糖尿病胃轻瘫（diabetic gastroparesis DGP）是糖尿病常见的消化道慢性并发症,指胃动力障碍、排空延迟,但不伴有机械性梗阻的一组综合征。其发病机制复杂,主要与自主神经病变、高血糖症、Cajal间质细胞（ICC）减少、幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染等因素相关。
