^(125)Ⅰ-心得静冰冻切片法测大鼠心肌β肾上腺素能受体

摘要 以12 5Ⅰ -心得静为放射配基 ,采用冰冻切片技术建立了对大鼠心肌 β肾上腺素能受体 (adrenoceptor,AR)的测定法。实验结果证明 ,心肌AR与放射配基的特异结合在12 5Ⅰ -心得静浓度为 40 0pmol/L时达饱和 ,并确定在 12 5～ 80 0pmol/L范围为最适配基浓度。本法消耗组织微量 ,并可在近似生理条件下研究受体的特征变化。
