摘要
用扩增片段长度多态性技术分析短串联重复序列 (STR)基因座的DNA多态性 ,在山西地区汉族人群的CSF1PO基因座中发现 7个等位基因 ,19种基因型 ,群体调查证实该等位基因按孟德尔遗传规律遗传 ,观察的基因型分布符合Hardy -Weinberg定律 ,杂合度为 0 75。本研究显示 ,该基因座灵敏度高 ,易准确判型 ,是一较好遗传标记 ,适用于法医学、人类遗传学及临床医学等研究。
WT5”BZ]Using amplified fragment length polymorphism the DNA polymorphism of short tandem repeat loci was analysed.The locus was HUMCSF1PO.Seven alleles and 19 genotypes were found in Shanxis population(Han).The observed heterozygosity was 0 75.The study on population demonstrated that the inheritance of the genes was in Mendelian fashion.The distribution of the observed genotypes met Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The results show that this locus is measured sensitively and accurately and is a useful marker for the study of forensic medicine or medical genetics and clinical medicine.
