摘要
在建设低碳城市的背景下,提出了低碳大学园区的概念,归纳明确了其内涵和特征。在调查和研究中国大学园区运行现状的基础上,阐述了低碳大学园区规划、建设、使用中面临的问题,并提出相应对策,如:建立强有力的协调机构,正确应用相关政策,完善指标评价和考核体系,大力研发和使用前端技术,创新管理和教育方式等。
Under the background of constructing low-carbon city, this essay puts forward the concept of low-carbon university campus for the first time, and sums up its contents and characteristics. On the basis of investigating the running status of uni- versity campus in our country, the essay explains the problems and difficulties in the process of low-carbon university campus planning, construction and running. It proposes the following countermeasures： constructing powerful coordinating body; making full use of relative policies; improving the evaluation and check-up system; promoting the research, develop ment and adeption of the developed technology; and innovating management and educational styles.
