摘要
目的探讨小儿静脉留置针封管药物、剂量、浓度、维持时间等参数以及肝素封管液对血液病病情及治疗的影响。方法将 5 46例患儿随机分组 ,对照试验 ,采用光镜 ,电镜检查 ,显微照像 ,体外实验 ,检验均值对照等方法。结果电镜观察无血栓、红细胞形态大小正常细胞膜完整。检验均值对照P >0 .0 5。肝素封管液在保留时间上优于生理盐水 ,P <0 .0 0 1。结论肝素对血液病病情及治疗无影响 ,应根据病种选用 ,建立了小儿使用肝素封管液参数 ,封管剂量 2ml。各年龄组使用肝素盐水的浓度为 :新生儿 0 .5U ml,～ 3岁 1～ 5U ml,～ 7岁 5U ml,～ 14岁 5～12 .5U ml,血液高凝状态患儿 2 5U ml。封管维持时间可延长达
Objectives?To explore the effect of drug, dosage, concentration and last time parameter, and heparin solution in I.V catheter system with“Y' adapter in children's superficial vein in the status and treatment of hemapathy.Method?546 cases of child patient were randomly divided into experimental and control group,then checked by microscope, electron microscope, microphotography, extrnal test and estimated by T test.Results?There was no observed thrombus by electron microscope, the shape and size of RBC was normal,it 's cell membrane were entireness compared with the control group( P >0.05).The retain time for heparin is excelled the physiological saling ( P <0.001).Conclusion The heparin has no effect on the status and treatment of hemapathy, It can be used according to the kind of disease. Established the parameter of heparin solution for children's use. The heparin dosage for children I.V catheter system was 2 ml. The concentration of heparin physiological saline by age were as following:0 5U/ml for newborn,1～5U/ml for 0～3year child; 5U/ml for 3～7 year child;5～12.5U/ml for 7～14 year child; 25U/ml for child with high coagulation status, the last time can be prolonged up to 30 hours.
